Who should Wolverine fight?

I'd like to see Wolverine team up with a future version of himself. I think it could make for an interesting storyline.
Maybe a storyline where something so tragic happens to wolverine in the future that he risks the use of others technology or powers to travel back and fix or stop an occurance but in doing so only has days to live and by the end of the story desintergrates in front of our time wolverine.

Not an original storyline but one that I have not seen in the Wolverine books :)

As for wolverine Vs batman, no contest wolverine for the win :wolverine_90:

I still think Batman would win.

You forget while Wolverine has berserker rages, Batman is basically nuts and severely paranoid and has files on everybody. So in a shared universe Bruce already knows how to take Wolverine out. Of course I will admit Wolvie would get seriously pissed and throw Batman a few curve balls in the chase and probably put Bruce on the run for a while.

It would be fun to see though.

It would really be fun to see Batman mop the floor with Daken, betcha he would not even break a sweat.

 I guess their are just too many variables to consider in a match up like this. Like the " if they are in a shared universe " point you made :) We can all probably think of many ways each could be victorious over the other. But in the scenario of these 2 guys in a ring together I would have to put my money on logan. His healing factor gives him a far superior stamina and his martial arts training would also be superior to Bruce's as Logan has lived far longer than Bruce ;)

Wolverine as he is now would clean Batman's clock in a fighting ring. But if you match the Logan from the first Wolverine limited series against Bruce then Mr. Wayne would win. I mean back then if Shingen can almost kill Logan then Bruce should do even better.

As you can tell I am a huge Batman fan, and what I love about him is if given time to prepare Batman will mess you up and mess you up BAD.

 I'm a bit of a batman fan myself :D I still think Mark Hamil would make a good joker in the next batman movie but alas I guess that has already been made by now and soon to be released. I do have a batman vs daredevil tpb around here somewhere the battle was a stalemate. Neither one prevailed over the other and they both continued on to catch the real bad guys. . . sort of :D
