Wolverine's swimming ability

Plus I think he has just about no body fat. So he wouldn't float very well.

I have been wondering and wanting to post somewherehere, who Janet is, and what issues she was in, what one was she killed by Logan. I know nothing about Janet.

I have also recently found a picture of Logan in Heather's cabin, tied down to a bed, presumably when he was found by her and James in the wild after escaping from weapon x. That's another one I would like to find, I need the issue and number. I really want to get aquainted with these older stories. Kind of a comic book newbie here, sorry to say.
We don't actually know all that much about Janet, just that she was Wolverine's girl during/just before WW1. She was killed by Cyper. Logan attacked Cypher, but the other man beat him and gorged out Logan's eye. For full details, please see http://www.wolverinefiles.com/006-the-lost-years/.

check the site in full. Just about everything you ever wanted to know about Logan is there. How most of us got here at least.

On an unrelated note for the none medical among us, how does body fat help with floating?

 Wolverine has been shown to be a decent swimmer in the past. He has had underwater adventures and fought Tigershark under water. But the extra 100 lbs of metal and generally dense muscle/lack of body fat would make it hard for him to float. He would have to work very hard to actually stay on top of the water.

Coughs, Pride comes before a fall here, as I mixed up my Janets.
The Janet I was refering to was a CIA mole rescued by Team X in the 1960s. She was shot in the back by Sabretooth.

 Since the board hasn't been too active and I've been busy, haven't been coming on as much. I will be trying to pop on a couple times a week though.
