Do most superheroes in the Marvel universe and the X-Men specifically even have secret identities anymore?

Other than Spiderman, I think most superheroes' identities are pretty much common knowledge at least within the superhero community.

With the whole Civil War thing, most of them were outed. The X-Men (on the other hand) were all registered previously as part of the 198 and the O*N*E bits, so yeah pretty much all of them have their real identities know, at least as far as other heroes and SHIELD types go. Doubt the man on the street really knows or much cares.
Scott, Jean, and bobby's identities got revealed publicly way back at the end of the Fall of the Mutants story-line. Warren amd Hank's identities were public for like ages before that.

Kurt's identity had always been sort of public since he performed in the circus in Germany under the stage name of Nightcrawler. Anyone who did a bit of digging and gave it a little though could have figured it out.

I remembrer at one point when Scott was shipwrecked on Magneto's island he was concerned about Magneto recognizing him without his mask. Of course it was kind of a moot point because Magneto recognized Scott for who he was right away.

Then at an an earlier time prior to Uncanny X-Men #111 Mesmero ecounters Jean Grey on the street recognizes her and follows her back to the mansion.

So all in all you could say that the X-Men had secret identities but were sort of inconsistant about keeping them secret.

Logan I strongly suspect is on a need to know basis. SHIELD etal have known for years, but most people on the street don't know/only just know.

Well he's an Avenger now and has flashed his badge in civilian garb so doubt it's too secret these days.

Yeah more or less. I think it was officially his 'Avengers ID' or something but same concept.
