Looks interesting. Love the music, but will remain cautious until see the film.

Yeah me too. The setting of this and the general hurried approach doesn't inspire a lot of confidence but looks better then expected so far.

I do not mind the idea of it being set back in the 1960s, actually that part makes it a little more interesting to me, because I like period pieces. I do agree that I will have to reserve judgement until I actually see the film. I so hope they do not really screw it up.

Wonder how itl'l connect to X-men: Origins Wolverine.
It's around the same time isn't it, guessing of Emma and Scott here.

Emma is in there, but not Scott. Hard to say if it will tie in at all or not. My guess is no.

I'm not a fan of period type movies, so the 1960s is a downside for sure. Makes the whole movie feel dated.

I like movies that depict past decades and centuries, because in my opinion culturally the 80s, 90s, and early 2000s pretty much suck. I feel like we as a society have sacrificed our sense of style in the name of progress and expediency.

I don't see the 30s, 40s, 50, 60s or 70s as being any better. Humanity as pretty much sucked since it crawled from the primordial slime. i don't really think the past is better. Different sure, but not better. But if you are going to go back, show me something I can't see for myself. Romans, Medieval, something like that. The 60s? Meh. Just means bad colors and crappy TV images like you see in the trailer.
