Looks interesting. Love the music, but will remain cautious until see the film. |

Yeah me too. The setting of this and the general hurried approach doesn't inspire a lot of confidence but looks better then expected so far. |

I do not mind the idea of it being set back in the 1960s, actually that part makes it a little more interesting to me, because I like period pieces. I do agree that I will have to reserve judgement until I actually see the film. I so hope they do not really screw it up. |

Wonder how itl'l connect to X-men: Origins Wolverine. It's around the same time isn't it, guessing of Emma and Scott here. |

Emma is in there, but not Scott. Hard to say if it will tie in at all or not. My guess is no. I'm not a fan of period type movies, so the 1960s is a downside for sure. Makes the whole movie feel dated. |

I like movies that depict past decades and centuries, because in my opinion culturally the 80s, 90s, and early 2000s pretty much suck. I feel like we as a society have sacrificed our sense of style in the name of progress and expediency. |

I don't see the 30s, 40s, 50, 60s or 70s as being any better. Humanity as pretty much sucked since it crawled from the primordial slime. i don't really think the past is better. Different sure, but not better. But if you are going to go back, show me something I can't see for myself. Romans, Medieval, something like that. The 60s? Meh. Just means bad colors and crappy TV images like you see in the trailer. |
