Apparently they are doing a limited about this group:

Extremely cool, I am so excited for this now. I hope to see Wolverine, and maybe Xavier and Magneto as guest-stars.

Wolverine wouldn't surprise me but not sure if we'd see X or Mags. They are around at this time but not active such as the Avengers would run into them. 1959 is probably even pre-Israel meetings after all.

It was established that Magneto was a Nazi-hunter around that time.

I don't know if that works time wise. If it was after Pietro and Wanda's birth, that makes them too old for what's established.

It was after Wanda and Pietro's birth. The story that established Magnus as a Nazi Hunter working for a covert government agency was in Classic X-Men #19.

Well Pietro and Wanda are right with Scott and the first call people which puts them at no more then their early 30s. Which means something would have to get switched around. Still some Nazis in the 70s naturally but most of that was done earlier.

yeah Marvel's stupid "sliding time scale bullshit" is eventually going to screw everything up, so that nothing makes sense.

Well no one wants to read about 50 or 60 year old heroes still trying to fight crime so there has to be some give and take for it.

I would not say "no one". My stance regarding the aging of comic book characters has been pretty well established on the forum. I just primarily get annoyed when the sliding time-scale screws with a character's established chronology, because for me established chronology is gospel or at least should be.

Okay I was generalizing. I don't think too many people would agree. They like their comic book heroes to stay eternally young and powerful. Unfortunately that does require some warping of time.
