It's a little of both. His power does keep his muscles at the peak of human conditioning but he also trains hard. Plus the admantium skeleton increases his weight by about 100 lbs so that only makes him more muscular having to tote that around. |

I also suspect that when Logan is healing from wounds his calorie intake is pretty high. |

Well, carrying around an extra 100 lbs on his skeleton makes him build muscle more easily than a normal person. |

He was a pretty skinny kid but he did start to put the muscle on when he went to work. Manual labor does that. I expect before the metal he was always working out and fighting enough to keep his fighting trim. Just got bigger and better after the metal |

Like I said earlier in this thread Logan was probably well muscled, but lean and it was only after the adamantium was added that he really began to bulk up. |
