| Why wasn't Romulus involved with X-23? | |

I think that X-23 is as deadly, if not more so, than all of Romulus' agents. I can understand that she wouldn't have the experience to take up Romulus' mantle, but she definitely would have been useful as a weapon. Why didn't he exploit her the way he did with Wolverine and the rest? Or did he? Did I miss something? Or maybe this something yet to be revealed?

My personal opinion is because Way didn't create her and didn't want to use her. The official explanation is probably that she is too young and was too well protected for Romulus to get access to her, but she spent a lot of time running around solo and if Romulus has so much control he could have gotten to her anyway. Maybe he just doesn't like girls? |

i think maybe they can say that romolus missed this one since they basically got the dna from a place where a whole lot of other blood were spilled and he didn't think about having the place cleaned up or anything..though that could add to the weakening of romolus in the eyes of the readers..he really doesn't look that great to me.. maybe if forced to create a connection, maybe they can say that romolus was controlling the guy scientist who helped create her. and that he planned to use her but the female scientist (mother of x-23) wasn't under his control..then maybe he got enough control again to set up her being captured by cap..only that he didn't anticipate cap's decision to set her free.. i dunno..i'm just happy x-23's story is not tainted by romolus. I'm afraid it won't stay that way since Liu is writing the ongoing and she has worked a lot with Way. I expect the taint of Romulus will spread a bit once everything is a line. Unfortunately. |

Boy, I really hope Romulus doesn't spread his taint in X-23's direction. Lol. Seriously though, I find the IDEA of Romulus intriguing, but as a character I am absolutley a bigger fan of X-23. |

Well I do hope that Way stays in his little corner and leaves the rest of the place alone. I don't believe that will actually happen though. |

With flightmarco. Just let Romulus vanish or be a creation of the scarlet witch, and let's forget this whole embarassing situation EVER happened. In theory, Romulus could have been a very cool villian (see our long spectulations on his identity). In practise he's not. |
