isn't that what sort of happened with wolverine? he became famous as a member of the x-men, they gave him a bigger role and even a solo series and it was still okay..but then they started showing him everywhere and that's where people started getting sick of him.. http://www.comicbookresources.com/?page=preview&id=5146&disp=table back to wolverine 900, the preview seems promising for me..the start is pretty much wolverine going against a bunch of hand ninjas (i think). the end of the preview is a good thing for me too, it shows that massive loss of blood seems to be able to stop him.. oh, and i think the updated brown wolverine costumes looks nice. instead of putting the underwear outside, they just make the brown part go around the crotch and butt area.

Most of these one shots have been pretty pointless though they do, occasionally, have a good story in them. This one seems to be the last for a bit since there is not one scheduled for July and previous we got a one shot every two months so i do hope it is good. |

i'm hoping it is too..i had high hopes for mr.x wolverine but i was disappointed thanks to the ending.. i'm hoping they start using the blue and yellow wolverine costume for his team adventures with avengers and the x-men, the x-force one for x-force missions and solo missions in the city and this brown one for when he goes to the jungle..and japan. |

I am not a Mr. X fan but that did look interesting but yes the ending was silly and pointless. That happens far too often with these things. |
