I thought the art a bit hard to go through. It's beautiful and dark, but it's hard to see what exactly is going on. I agree with you on most points, though--a generally good issue with some movement. Despite all the fighting, I feel like Necroshia has been spinning its wheels the last few issues. Hopefully their focus on the offensive will mix things up a bit. |

Yeah I feel the same. Utopia's attack made sense and was a good strategy from Selene but the story has been bogged down in it too much. More then half the run has just been reacting to the one attack and showing new revived mutants. |

I think it would be a little better for me if the art wasn't quite so confusing. I kind of miss the info-boxes next to each new character popping up just so I could see who everyone is supposed to be. Some are more obvious, but some I have to stop reading to try to remember where I've heard a name before. Maybe I just have to go back and reread some pre-Genosha-destruction comics. There were so many mutants running around back then. |

Well Diamond Lil is such a low character I pretty much had to look her up. First time she had appeared in ages. |

You were right in your review--the deaths and stuff are just too low-profile to be too significant. I'll probably just have to get a running tally of who is back and who is not after this whole thing blows over. |

Well two returns that seem to be sticking are Doug Ramsey and Warlock in New Mutants. |

This year is going to be a year of returns. Doug and Warlock, and then Kitty's coming back in Uncanny 522 or something. We've been teased to death about the Phoenix, and with Hope coming who knows what's going to happen. |

Well we already know that Hope will be the Phoenix. Now whether she is Grey Jean reincarnated, that is hard to say. |

I honestly hope so. I was always a Wolvie/Jean fan myself, and I think that we need a less callused mind to come back and put the X-Men on the right track as they head into the Heroic Age. |
