Yeah, this is good news. First of all, it's just so sad how she sacrificed herself in that forlorn and lonely way. If they bring her back, it would be a heroes welcome for a popular character! What a positive thing, as opposed to so much killing, massacres, explosions, mass destruction, X-men quitting over nebulous secrecy reasons and generally depressing plots recently. Instead we have the freshest breath of air - a lovable pretty young girl, a true hero, returning to the X-Men, how nice! |

Once again Marvel ruins its own surprise by revealing the big secret in one of their books. And once again the Jean fans get the old bait and switch, which I might add is getting /really/ annoying. Yes I know Hope is going to be phoenix now, great just makes me long for Jean being back more. Anyway, I am glad Kitty is coming back. I do love her character and I think there is potential for a great story from it. The timing just seems odd. Bringing Kitty back at the beginning of a major event that is going to focus on Hope and Phoenix seems like it will over shadow her return. At least Betsy had a bit more time to adjust. |

Kitty Pryde needs to get her own comic series, and Ellen Page needs to reprise her role in a Kitty Pryde movie or X-Men 4. |

There is no X-Men 4 and I doubt there ever will be. They are going back and essentially rebooting it with X-Men: First Class focusing on Prof X, Magneto and the first students (all recast). If it is successfully I expect more movies from that time period. X-Men 4 was just getting too expensive with all the actors demanding pay increases. |

Yeah I kind of new that there is going to be no X-Men 4, and It was wishful thinking on my part. When they make comic movies they need to sign actors to like 5 picture deals that way they are "locked" into these projects at set rates and cannot demand higher paychecks. |

Most actors wouldn't do it for two reasons. 1) Fear of being locked into a role and typecasted and 2) Money. They know if a movie does well they can ask for a lot more cash and don't want to short change themselves if things succeed. Standard is 2 or 3 movies when they try to launch a franchise. |
