Domino has a hit put out on her and Wolverine and Domino go out to get that hit taken off of her. It's almost like a road movie with these two. They've had a past–I wouldn't call it a relationship, but they know each other. They're up against the worst killers on the planet.

Yost: Domino has always been one of the X-Force characters and has a history with the team. We brought her into the series to kind of lighten up the mood. You have all of these dark, angsty characters going through this horrible thing. Meanwhile you have Domino going "Psh! You guys are crazy!" So she lightens up the moment. Now, Grant Morrison did a story a while back that put them in almost kind of a… sex buddy light, but the bottom line is they have a history together, and that history includes sex. Like Craig mentioned, it's something we've wanted to touch on in the main series, but we've got a lot going on there. This is a place where we can focus on the two of them and really expand their relationship.

Kyle: Wolverine and her have a great chemistry and we've really only seen bits and pieces of it. I think there's also a lot of respect [between them], the fact that they're equals in the same game. They're kind of fighting each other and the threats they'll face on many levels – sexual chemistry, mentally, physical combat. There are so many levels they'll be engaging each other and their enemies that it creates a lot of tension and a lot of places to have some breath between. We think they're a pretty fantastic couple to spend some time with. I think people reacted really well to the cover that Mike Choi and Sonia Oback did for a previous, and this is just expanding on that kind of an idea and opening it up to some really intense moments.

TZ: Chris, I freak out every month when I read X-Force, and I'm very excited about this Wolverine/Domino story. Can you talk about that at all?

CY: Yeah. It’s a three issue limited series called X-Force: Sex and Violence --

SB: Nice.

CY: -- And it delivers on that promise. So, Domino is originally a mercenary and she's got some stuff in her life that kind of comes back to bite her. And Wolverine gets pulled into it, and its kind of like the two of them kind of like bickering and fighting for like three issues.

TZ: Anything else besides bickering and fighting?

CY: . . . A little bit. Issue 1 is violence. Issue 2 is sex. And then Issue 3 is a magic combination of the two. In all seriousness, those two characters have a history together you know in that they've gotten physical before in more ways than one and in the normal X-Force book, you know we've got a lot of big stories and we don't have a lot of time for the character work, you know? But in Sex and Violence, it’s just those two characters for the most part, we really get to see their relationship.

TZ: I'm really excited because I think that's a great relationship to look at. And I think Wolverine and Domino getting together is awesome. And why not see it in the animated series as well because Domino is also in the show? We can see Steven having something with Domino.

SB: I'm available *laughs*.

CY: You never know. In animation, usually our motto is, "There's no time for love, Dr. Jones," but I think fans love to see that stuff so you never know.

Hm, i didn't know about the animated show, so i'm thinking Craig Kyle and Yost are trying to make them a couple in the marvel verse.
TBH it would be good if they got together, after all she got a luck factor working for her, something logan's other girlfriends didn't have, and most didn't end up to good....

Honestly it never worked that well for me. Well as a major exclusive relationship it doesn't, that is just not really Dom's nature. I have no issues with them having sex or being casual dating. The problem though is she is not really Wolverine's type for anything more. He does go for strong and willful women but never killers. They are all gentler then he is an have a calming influence. Domino would bring out the worst in him.
