Wolverine vs. Snake-Eyes

Problem is that Snake is a normal human. He's a bad ass no doubt but he doesn't have anything to counter Wolverine. His sword would be shattered and his guns ineffective. He could dance and strike for a while but Wolverine would wear him down and take him down eventually. Since Snake can't talk it would be hard to end the fight reasonably.
That is the problem fighting Wolverine, he just keeps on coming at you no matter what you throw at him. And if while fighing him Wolverine suddenly and seemingly gives up and disappears that just means he has changed tactics and is coming after you from a different direction.
