Uh oh... I didn't mean to give that impression. No plushie-heads please! Aaaah! I really don't mean disrespect to anyone here. The very first time I read about Wolverine is my favorite, and that happened to be when he got nailed to that X by the Reevers. I thought he was badass for surviving it. |

Welcome to the forum Raja. Interesting to know Wild Child is your favorite character. I'd like to know how comes Wild Child is your favorite character. Sometimes I wonder if there's people whose favorite character might be Dazzler or Iceman and you sort of answered my question

Wild Child is my favorite for a lot of reasons. Probably too many to list. His character stood out to me and I've been a fan for two decades or thereabout. I was a fan long before AoA, X-Factor and Weapon X, and the impression I had of WC was very different than what most get. Most people see him as Sabretooth-Lite and even the writers do and write him like this and think he's useless, without even really trying. This is a shameless plug, but here are the reasons I like the character so much, collected all into one place. He was a feral character that got all the wrong attention from writers and fans, and the price has been paid for it. Yeah, yeah, I'm sad about it, especially the misconceptions that even the writers had, which prevent anything more.Everything You Never Knew About Wild Child |

As everyone on the forum knows my favorite character is Thunderbird, John Proudstar, so it is okay to have a favorite character besides Wolverine. As I stated before Wildchild made quite an impression on me when he first appeared in Alpha Flight, especially when he slashed Aurora with his claws. Then Kyle bragged to her that while his claws were not as sharp as Logan's they were still plenty lethal. It was awesome because you just knew that the guy was dangerous. |

Honestly if I was to pick a favorite comic book character period, it would be Death from Neil Gaiman's Sandman and Death limited series. She is just not very commercial but still my fave. Wolverine is just my favorite super hero. |
