It has come to my attention of late that there have been a few instances where members have responded to other members post with negativity and undue criticism, even going so far as to say that the poster's views and opinions are wrong. This is inappropriate behavior and uncalled for and makes myself and other board members uncomfortable. In this forum the proper way to respond to a post that you disagree with is simply to say, "I disagree" and then state your argument. Please DO NOT respond to a member's post by saying that they are simply wrong, because their post is their opinion and view has as much validity as yours does. If you unfairly negatively criticize a members posts it makes them feel bad and they will stop participating and might even leave the forum. If this begins to happen then where will we be? My view of this forum is that it is a big comfy sandbox where we can all come to play, socialize, and exchange ideas in a postive and constructive way. We are all here because we love comics and love Wolverine and want to have a good time. |
