So Kitty now has proper offensive abilities courtesy of Wolverine`s stray claw. How do you guys feel about that? I for one think it`s a bit of a downer; Kitty doesn`t need one of Wolvie`s claws to be efficient - she already has wits, knowledge on computer systems, martial arts training and, of course, a pretty nifty mutant power. She always manages to make the best of her skills and abilites and I think part of the fun of Kitty`s character was just wondering what ingenious solution might come up with next. Now we know there`s a chance she`s just gonna tear though things... Oh, well, this is Claremont`s private play ground after all... |

Anyone remember when she used guns in Ashtonishing X-men? That was fun.....yeh.... I see Kitty more as somebody who distracts the bad guys or does damage control, she isn't a fighter but has other and sometimes better skills. |

I was happy to see them finally get together in Astonishing X-Men. I was so mad when I was a kid when they broke up. Even Ellen Page as Kitty in X-Men 3 was perfect. Before her I always imagined a young Katie Holmes as Kitty. You are correct though Colossus is a lucky guy. Edited by Templedog, Aug 1 2009, 06:18 AM.
