Well it depends what suit of armor Tony is wearing. If Tony has a suit which makes him control metal a la Magneto, Logan doesn't stand much of a chance. |

Logan always has problems with flying opponents as well. Hard to claw something you can't reach. |

But that requires outside assistance. It's not Wolverine and Colossus vs Iron Man. |

Point taken. Unless we're talking about X-men orgins Wolveirne the game, he could lunge at anyone. |

If he can get his hands (and claws) on Tony, we all know who`ll win; if not, he`ll just have to evade any air-born or ranged attacks and figure out a strategy to bring him down. I think he could survive the ranged attacks anyway, in case they hit him. Of course, I`m not saying Iron Man doesn`t stand a fair cahnce; the man thinks on his feet so he`s likely to come up with a plan as well... |

If Logan was in close, he could beat Tony. It's not that hard to separate the various pieces of his armor, and if it's not adamantium Wolvie can cut right through it. And then it's over. But...If all Iron Man does is fly away it's not much of a fight. So that can't really be considered a versus match. Any fight where one party just runs isn't really a fight at all. However if Tony were in the air and just fired all his weaponry, he'd have the upper hand. With that said and done, it's still just a waiting game. Sure, Tony could blast the ever-loving Hell out of Logan, he could even unload his entire arsenal. But at the end of the day it's the same old story, really. In a fight to the finish, healing factor that will always regenerate you trumps suit of armor that has a finite power source and finite ammo. The same problem we run into with most of these versus fights. :p Edited by Ace, Jul 26 2009, 02:05 AM.

Tony could use his Stark-tech power drainer though to switch Lgoan's pwoers off. Even if Logan can hide his adamanium poisining will drain his strength away. |

Ah yes, how clever. I was actually thinking a few minutes ago, due to the nature of who Tony Stark is, one could consider his intellect and wealth an ability in themselves. And with said intellect and wealth he could likely design a device capable of bring Logan down. I think I'd have to give this one to Iron Man overall, though their are circumstances where Wolverine could prevail. |
