This leads into The List one shots which sounds a interesting if maybe extraneous. But seems doubtful it will have any lasting changes. |

I'm hoping for this to be really good. I think that Exodus will appear near the end of this story arc and help save the day. =) |

It's fascinating that the X-Men are the ones to fire the first shots against Osborn, rather than the Avengers of Spider-Man. The X-Men set The List in motion with their actions. They're really putting them back into the thick of things in a big, big way. |

I didn't know that. Is this also related to the Patriot Act? |

It's actually not the Patriot Act. It's not legislation-based. The title was a play on words using that term and Iron Patriot. It's more of a tagline. And it's to be read as "The Iron Patriot Acts". He's not passing a document, but rather "acts" means "to act", to do something. In essence, it means that the Iron Patriot plans to actively take action against his enemies. But you are somewhat correct. "The Iron Patriot acts..." is the tagline for the Dark Reign: The List storyline, so it is connected, yes. |

Basically we can imply that things don't go too well for him with the Dark X-Men in San Fran. The List is him trying to consolidate power by going after loose ends. I don't think he would need to do so if he had firm hold on New York and San Francisco. |

Mutants are allways a dangerious group, they have a tendency to survive and rebel. |

Well even with the limited numbers, the X-Men is a formidable army. Add to that the other mutants that are rallying in and they could pretty much take the country if they really wanted. A couple hundred people with powers are pretty hard to stop. |
