I haven't read X-Men Ronin yet. How is it?

I kinda want to give it a try, just to see how different it is. :scared:

It's better than the Phoenix mangaverse series, if that's what you're wondering. Nothing could be that bad. The early mangaverse stuff is better than the latter. And much better than "New Mangaverse".

I never heard of the Phoenix mangaverse. Can you hook me up with some links? I don't know what new mangaverse and old mangaverse is. :ohnoes:

I've been researching stuff all night and I would appreciate some help. I am ready to turn in for the night. :sigh:

X-Men: Phoenix - Legacy of Fire. Truly awful. To this day I'm still not entirely certain what I read.

Huh? Looking at those covers, apparently it started out as a regular comic and ended up as a MAX title. Bizarre.

Not a problem. I don't recommend you read it though. Legacy of Fire is absolute garbage. One of the worst comics ever written, easily.

I take your word for it. :lolz: Thanks again for the warning and link. Have you read this 1998 manga: http://forums.wolverinefiles.com/topic/1797155/1/ It looks interesting enough.

I have not. When it comes to Marvel an "manga" I really only ever became interested in the Mangaverse. Though that can hardly be called manga. It was more of a parody of the genre than an accurate depiction. Still, some of it was fun. Especially the Spider-Man material.
