I'm surprised no one has mentioned this yet. This is easily the most important X-book of week.

That is how I felt about most Marvel Couples, so I'm just as happy as you are.

Well I am definitely reviewing this one so I did not want to go too far into it. But yes it's about time they actually fixed that. The explanation felt a little silly but whatever, it's done and now we can finally move on from it. I'll get into more detail when I do my review this weekend. Still not sure on Gambit Rogue pairing since I don't like Gambit at all, but i can live with it better now.

Yep, she is without any additional powers but her original mutant one but she can control it finally. THis is pretty huge, I'm surprised there has not been more buzz around it.

While we're on the topic, I completely forgot to mention what a monumental issue this was for Xavier as well.

Back on Rogue, I think one of the things that makes me happiest is that there's no impetus to ever undo the change. A perfect example of this would be Wolverine's amnesia. You could say "Oh no, I forgot my whole history again.", but there's absolutely no reason to do so because we the reader already know it. So saying his memory is gone would accomplish nothing. The same goes for this, there's no reason to go backwards.

And with her new power set, she is more accessible to me personally and balanced. She can borrow powers and render people unconscious but she can no longer kill and does not keep any powers permanently. I though her with Ms. Marvel's powers was a bit over kill.
