The first time Logan takes on the Juggernaut. Another Wolverine misconception is that he was KOed with a single slap from Juggernaught but in actuality Wolverine was hit or thrown by Juggernaught 3 times before he was slapped unconscious; it stands to note that he also landed two offensive maneuvars that would have been deadly to most other bricks before he was put down as well:

This is a fight from Garth Ennis' Punisher, where he tricks the Hulk into kicking Spider-Man, Daredevil, and Wolverine's butts. Wolverine gets punched by Hulk from New York to Boston and just gets up like nothing happened. Another great representation of his stamina at least.

I hate how this guy drew Wolverine btw.

This is not the real Wolverine, but it does prove that Logan's claws penetrates the Hulk's skin. Especially since the Hulk acknowledges the slashes and torn flesh.

In WWH he and Colossus were honestly the best two showings against the uber Hulk until the Sentry stepped in.
Wolverine produces more damage on Hulk than anyone on the field and takes more damage from World War Hulk than Herc, She Hulk, OR Thing before he finally goes down:

People like to cite Wolverine / Hulk 6 Hours as reference for how easily Wolvie can be Koed but he took two straight shots to the grill and sent miles into the sky. He still wasn’t unconscious… AND, he already lost a lot of blood; had a gaping wound in his stomach from the Shredder not even 20 minutes before he had to fight Hulk;

Warpath isn't the strongest Brick ever, but he certainly is a pretty damn strong opponent. This is a good example of how Logan can mix it up and keep the enemy surprised. A distracted Logan takes a direct hit to the face and that isn't enough to keep Logan down for the count.

I loved this fight. It is "old-style" Wolverine.

Sasquatch beats Logan like a dirty rug and tries to basically kill him. This is excellent proof of the amount of punishment Logan can handle and still conscious afterward to fight.

Anyone have scans from the Giant-Sized X-Men #2 where Thunderbird nails Wolvie full force and later Wolvie comments that he hasn't been tagged that hard since he fought the Hulk?

The way that Wolverine hinted to James about Thunderbird's fighting prowess makes me think that Wolverine and Thunderbird tested their abilities against each other more than a few times in the early days of the new X-Men. The second team was together for a few months before the Count Nefaria mission and almost a year by Uncanny X-Men #98. Unfortunately the only contest we see is in Giant-sized X-Men #3.

I expect Wolverine fought them all quite a bit in the beginning but he and Proudstar were both physical and proud men so sure they butted heads more then average.

Like I have always said I wish that more would be revealed about Thunderbird's time with the X-Men, because I would like to see more of his interactions with Wolverine. Remember John and Logan had a competition that involved jumping off a cliff into Breakstone Lake.
