Anyone know if the entire team of Dark Avengers will appear in these issues. I see Spider-Man fighting Bullseye and Venom on the cover of #596.

I was hoping a die heard Spider-Man could fill in the mystery for us collecting Dark Wolverine appearances.

That's hard to say until the issues come out since I'd say I've read most of the 'American Son' interviews but haven't seen mention of when Daken is going to appear.

Joe Kelly writes an amazing Wolverine, so I'm hoping he can work his magic on Daken. Don't know if I'm telling you something you already know, but Wolvie is going to be in #595 which is the start of 'American Son', not #596.

Marvel has it set for a May 27th release.

IGN has a preview up at their website, complete with Wolverine/Spidey fist bump.

Joe Kelly ASM is great, but a Wolverine cameo is the icing on the cake.

IGN Comics: What about as far as the Dark Avengers go? Are they going to be a major factor as well?

Kelly: They play in big time. Once Spidey decides that he's going to go head to head with Norman, he's got to figure out a plan to get past the Dark Avengers. We spotlight a couple of them, not the least of which being Norman, certainly, and the fake Spider-Man, Wolverine, and Hawkeye. A lot of them play a significant role and get to mix it up directly with Spidey.

IGN Comics: I'm seeing that Deadpool is taking on a much larger role in the Marvel Universe lately, thanks in no small part to the Wolverine movie. Given that you're back writing at Marvel and that you left such a huge mark on the character back in the '90s, have you thought about writing some more Deadpool stories?

Kelly: It has come up a lot recently. For a long time I didn't know if I could really work on Deadpool again, for much the same reason I would have trouble going back to I Kill Giants. I have a tough time going back to things, you know? That's how my brain is hardwired. I was really hesitant to jump back into Deadpool. But I've been at Marvel for a little while again, and thanks to Spider-man I feel a little more comfortable in that world. Now that Deadpool is popping up and he's all popular, I've been asked to do a couple things, and I think it'll happen. So I believe there will be more Deadpool stuff by me soon.

Wow. Now that has me really excited. :ohnoes: :ohnoes: :ohnoes:

Joe Kelly has always been one of my favorite writers....especially on Deadpool and Superman in Action Comics.
