YOUR USERNAME:jrpbsp FAVORITE CHARACTER:Wolverine and I have the collection to prove it! FAVORITE X-BOOK:Normally I'd say Wolverine but Old Man Logan hasn't been much fun for me personally. So I'll go with Uncanny for now with X-Factor as an honorable mention. FAVORITE WRITER: If you want overall I'll go with Claremont even though he has not had much to enjoy recently. If not him then either Peter David or maybe Bendis. His New Avengers is quite good and I'm a huge fan of Powers. SNIKT?:SNIKT,SNIKT FAVORITE WOLVERINE MOMENT: There have been a million of them. Some stand outs were his hallucinations after being crucified in Australia. His solo assault on the Hellfire club and the danger room sequence when he pops the bone claws for the first time. Yay cookie! I'm a bit torn on X-Men Forever simply because it will be completely out of continuity which makes it less important. Some alternate universe things have been interesting like AoA but most of them just end up as an excuse to kill and destroy characters you don't like without repercussion. |

Here`s your cookie, DiG...uhm..careful..it`s still hot! *hands DiG his cookie* Jrpbsp, I know exactly, what you mean, especially since things have taken an interesting turn in the continuity these days, with Messiah War and Dark Reign. But there was always that "What if..?" in my mind and now my (or our) curiosity shall find the answers it`s been waiting for! |

If it ends up being a return to form for Claremont and his story telling then it will be a great book. If it's just another vanity project that ends up with very little real substance then it will end up failing and getting cancelled. I do have hope for it though. |
