If you do not have a fully "fleshed-out" idea just ask and I will offer some ideas and maybe some others board members will help as well. I am really excited about this because I have an x-team that I created back when I was 19 years old. They may seem a little silly now, but I still have affection for them. Here are two more characters: Code-name: Bolgani (Tarzan word for Gorilla) Real name: Gabriel Jacob Harrison Place of Birth: New York City, New York Base of operations: Wakanda, Africa Education level: High school Occupation: religious cult member Group Affiliation: X-Men, member of the Wakandian Panther Cult. Personality description: Is very ashamed of his father, and was raised by his mother in New York City. He is a big fan of the Black Panther and is a devote follower of the Panther cult. Age: 19 Height: 6’1” (6’5” in gorilla form) Weight: 159 lbs (523 lbs in gorilla form) Hair color: Black (Grey/white in gorilla form) Eyes: Brown Known Relatives: M’ Baku (father), Jane Harrison (mother), Jacob Harrison (Grand-father) Origin: Gabriel Harrison is the Son of M’Baku, Man-Ape from Wakanda. Upon following the Black Panther to New York City M’Baku met and became involved with a woman named Jane Harrison. Following a one night stand M'Baku abandoned Jane never to return. Months later Jane found out she was pregnant and sought help and advice of her father, Jacob. Jacob was a professor at Empire University and a practioner of hoodoo. Gabriel was raised by his mother and Grand father and educated extensively in Wakandian, Caribbean, Voodoo and Hoodoo culture. Upon reaching an acceptable age Gabriel was told who his father was and was given a history of his exploits. Gabriel was not impressed. How the character met the X-Men: Gabriel has traveled to Wakanda to offer his allegiance to Queen Ororo and King T’Challa. Powers: primate-type Lycanthrope, can transform into a large gorilla with grey/white fur. The new form grants Gabriel superhuman strength, and the enhanced agility, stamina, and durability. Unfortunately Gabriel cannot speak while in this form and must communicate through the use of sign language. Special Skills and Talents: Gabriel has extensive knowledge of Wakandian, Caribbean, Voodoo and Hoodoo culture. Arch-nemesis: M’Baku, the Man-Ape, even though they have never met. Code-name: Grid-Iron Real name: Simon Nathaniel Burroughs Place of Birth: Bloomington, Indiana Base of operations: Green Bay, Wisconsin Education level: College level Occupation: former professional football player. Suspended Group Affiliation: Green Bay Packers, tight end, the X-Men (maybe) Personality description: Simon has an athlete’s mentality of “pay to play” and is currently very bitter at being suspended. He is very loyal, supportive and loving of his parents and Wife. Age: 25 Height: 6’2” Weight: 196 lbs Hair color: Brown Eyes: Blue Known Relatives: Russ Burroughs (Father), Justin Burroughs (Father), Cami Burroughs (wife) Origin: Simon’s mother left his father when Justin Burroughs revealed that he was gay. Justin then met Russ and the two men raised Simon. Simon’s powers emerged at puberty and he has used them to excel at sports. Was voted an All-American and attended Notre Dame University where he met his wife, Cami. Upon graduation Simon was recruited by the Green Bay Packers and played for two seasons. Simon was suspended when his mutant powers were revealed, and proved that they gave him an unfair physical advantage. How the character met the X-Men: Simon met the X-men when he traveled to San Francisco to offer his services in exchange for a lucrative payment contract. The X-Men said that they would take the offer under consideration. Powers: Simon has very high endurance; his body has the power to eliminate 90% of all fatigue poisons, toxins, and fats from his body. If Simon uses his powers for too long he will collapse in exhaustion and lapse into a temporary coma. Simon can only use his powers continuously at present for approximately 7 hours. Last one for tonight. Code-name: Minotaur Real name: Jason Trac Place of Birth: Clarinda, Iowa Base of operations: Las Vegas, Nevada Education level: Junior college Occupation: casino craps dealer Group Affiliation: X-Men (hopefully) Personality description: Jason is a very fearful man, and almost seems driven to desperation to protect his daughter. He only chooses to use his powers when he has no other option. When faced with confrontation Jason will most often back away. He is a seriously dedicated parent who will put as many people as he has to between the “bad guys” and his daughter. Age: 27 Height: 5’6” Weight: 135 lbs Hair color: blonde Eyes: hazel Known Relatives: Bekka Trac (daughter, age 3), Rebecca Trac (wife) (deceased) Origin: Jason Trac is a mutant who travels with his daughter. When the super human registration act was instituted Jason signed up right away because he thought that it would protect his family. When Jason’s abilities became public knowledge his family’s home was attacked by a hate group that was retaliating at any super-human for the Stamford incident. During the attack Jason’s wife, Rebecca was killed and Jason fled with his daughter, Bekka. Jason and Belle are currently traveling to San Francisco to join the X-Men. How the character met the X-Men: Jason hopes to join the X-Men as a way of protecting his daughter, Bekka from further harm. Powers: Jason is mutant with the ability to become an animal gestalt. He combines the appearances and abilities of a lion, tiger, bear, ape and bull. The altered form is a creature that stands 7 and half feet tall. The back body, lower torso, and upper legs of a bear, the chest and arms of an ape, the head and mane of a lion, the face, tail and coloring of a tiger, and the lower legs, hooves, shoulders and horns of a bull. The gestalt form grants Jason a measure of superhuman strength and invulnerability. The creature is truly horrifying and intimidating to most people, except for Bekka, who enjoys her father’s alternate form and prefers it to his human appearance. I'm also going to post anne's charecture here for the fanfic i'm writing. since she had a lot of fun writing it i think she deserves it to be psoted. ^^ Real name: Molly Dylan X-Men name: Sprite Powers: Water control and manipulation. She can draw water from the atmosphere or objects around her to use against an enemy. Molly's powers can be used in a wide variety, from causing floods to suffocating an enemy with a "bubble" of water. Or, one talent that she hates to use, Molly can draw all the moisture from a person's body, killing them and leaving a shriveled body behind. Appearance: She stands at five feet, two inches. Well, two and a half inches if you were to ask her yourself. Molly has ocean blue eyes, shoulder length sunny-blond hair, and a tanned complexion from days in the sun. While not stunningly beautiful, Molly is certainly cute, and can easily turn heads. Costume: I'll leave this up to Ahma's creative genious, but I would suggest greens and blues to be used. Age: 21 Personality, etc: Molly grew up in Central California where she loved to ride her bike to the beach as a child. Dreams of growing up to be a marine biologist were quickly cast aside when the girl discovered her powers. They were first apparent when she found that she could manipulate the waves of the ocean while surfing as a teenager. Molly is kind and compassionate to a fault. While it's a good trait to have in social situations, she can be hesitant in battle and often chooses to wound or disable an enemy rather than destroy him. In her personal life, she is incredibly socialable and very outspoken. She often finds words tumbling out of her mouth before she thinks better of them, which can lead to akward situations to say the least. But Molly means well most of the time, and one of her best characteristics is her willingness to befriend new members of the team. She loves outdoor activities, sushi, and animals. |

Code-name: Reef Real name: Peter Grieger Place of Birth: central California Base of operations: which ever beach strikes his mood that day. Education level: high school Occupation: Beachside Taco Stand worker Group Affiliation: X-Men, P.E.T.A. Personality description: Very much the beach bum, he is very deeply tanned and likes to surf and be in the water most of all. While not romantically involved with Molly Dylan, she is his closest friend and he goes to her with his thoughts and troubles most of the time. When Molly speaks without thinking and gets embarrassed Peter laughs good-naturedly at her and give her a bright smile. If Molly goes on a mission with the X-Men and peter does not he will often offer to “baby-sit” her pets. Molly reluctantly agrees because she knows that Peter loves animals just as much as she does. But she is often annoyed as well because Peter lets her babies wreck the house, cause all kinds of trouble and eat the same junk food he eats. Age: 21 Height: 5’10” Weight: 133 lbs Hair color: amber medium long and always uncombed Eyes: amber Known Relatives: none revealed Origin: Peter Grieger is a childhood friend of Molly Dylan. They grew spending the days on the local beaches. When Peter’s powers first emerged Peter revealed his powers to Molly. After high school Peter moved to a small efficiency apartment near the beach and found a job working at a tiny beach-side taco stand. How the character met the X-Men: unrevealed Powers: Peter Grieger is a meta-morph coral golem, who can cover his body with rough purple and blue-green coral, which increases his size and acts like armor. If Peter chooses he can grow spikes and barbs on his body. He can also hurl shards of coral from his body, but much rather prefers to grow a hammer-like protrusion from his hands to fight in combat. When Peter is in contact with a piece of coral Peter can cause it to grow and expand, but this takes a good deal of effort and the extent of this power is unknown. When in his coral form Peter can also breath underwater, but cannot swim. Instead he has to walk on the bottom of the ocean. Code-name: Gum Shoe Real name: Michael Thorne Place of Birth: San Diego, California Base of operations: San Francisco, California Education level: College-level (Graduate-level) Occupation: private detective Group Affiliation: X-Men (on retainer by Emma Frost for special investigations) Personality description: Michael is a big fan of Sam Spade and Phillip Marlowe. He models himself after the “gum shoe” detectives of the 1940s and gets great private amusement by doing so. Michael uses his powers for stealth in investigations, but more often relies on brute force and his gun. Age: 59 Height: 5’8” Weight: 154 lbs Hair color: dark brown Eyes: dark brown Known Relatives: Sarah (ex-Wife) he calls her “his thorn” Origin: Michael is a former Army ranger, who served three tours in Vietnam. Michael applied for membership in S.H.I.E.L.D. and became an agent, but retired after the Deltite affair. Michael then moved to San Francisco and became a private detective. How the character met the X-Men: Upon the X-Men’s move to San Francisco Emma Frost has hired Michael Thorne to perform special assignments and surveillance for her. Emma found a file on Michael in Cerebro, because Xavier had been keeping track of him for years. Powers: Michael Thorne has shrinking powers, he can shrink to varies sizes down to an 1/10th of an inch tall. While in his fully shrunken state Michael has half of the strength that he has at normal size. Nicholas is often in awe while watching Molly and Peter use their powers and is a little envious that their powers are “ocean-based” and his are not. Age: 26 Height: 6’6” Weight: 220 Hair color: Brown Eyes: Green Known Relatives: Origin: Nicholas powers emerged at puberty, beyond an initial incident when his powers first appeared in high school at the homecoming dance Nicholas has led a happy life that encompasses tending to his light-house duties and helping the local fisherman with their boats. How the character met the X-Men: Nicholas has recently arrived in San Francisco for reasons unknown seeking the X-Men. Powers: Nicholas has the ability to increase his size and mass at will from his normal 6-foot 6 inch height to his maximum 100-foot height and back again. Nicholas psionically draws the additional mass from an extra-dimensional source, to which it returns as he decreases in size. Nicholas possesses slightly superhuman strength and durability even at his normal size, he gains additional strength as he grows. Code-name: Eidolon Real name: Christine Everidge Place of Birth: Marble Falls, Texas Base of operations: Education level: 9th grade drop out. Occupation: none Group Affiliation: Personality description: prefers to stay immaterial and does not like to be touched. I like this idea because it is similar to Rogue’s dilemma, but in this case it is Christine’s choice to remove herself from physical contact. When she is in physical form she wears her hair in a pony-tail and baseball cap pulled down low over her eyes. She tends to hover in a sitting position alone in rooms, with her legs pulled up to her chest hugging herself. Christina rarely speaks and when she does it is as a whisper and not really directed at the person she is talking to. and usually avoids making eye contact with anyone. Age: 15 Height: 4’9” Weight: 91 lbs Hair color: red and white mix Eyes: white (swirling white pools) Known Relatives: Origin: Christine was on her way to her first prom when her powers emerged. She was walking home with her boyfriend holding hands when a cold wind blew past them. Her powers reached out and psychically guided the winds which picked the boy up and impaled him on a fence, where he slowly bled to death while Christine looked on in shock. How the character met the X-Men: Christine was found by Storm when Ororo investigated a wind-storm that Christine inadvertently created over Marble Falls, Texas. Powers: Christine can create a wind rush to blast, push, and blind or throw objects or people. She can create a whirl-wind or tornado. Christine can ride the wind and fly and obtain partial intangibility, a gaseous, vaporous form, and a measure of invisibility. Christine can change wind direction, stop or slow down wind speed, create an air bubble, manipulate the atmosphere. Christine is potentially an omega-level mutant whose powers could eclipse those of Storm if given the proper training.
