By the way it sounds, it seems Ultimate Logan will appear in the third arc of Ultimate Avengers only. But he might be a on going character in the New Ultimates series. (Correct me if I am wrong.) I'm sad Loeb will get more control over Ultimate Wolverine, but at least he might get his past more filled out when Miller gets a hold of him. I'm interested on how he is going to work on the fact that this Logan wasn't born a mutant. (If they do decide to work on his past again.)

Any idea on what Spiderman is going to be about, now that Peter Parker is dead?
So far I know that the characters who will be appearing in New Ultimates will be Captain America, Thor, Iron Man, Hawkeye, Valkrie, and Zarda.

And yes, last I heard, Wolverine would be the focus of Millar's 3rd Avengers arc.

Wait, Peter Parker is dead?

They are killing him off in the next issue of Spider Man right?

I know that Bendis teased that he wouldn't say if Spider-Man would be Peter Parker in Vol. 2, but I haven't heard anything offical about his demise.

Even though the solicits suggest that Spider-Man is no more, and that Spider-Man has fallen (in the Requiem aftermath), it's still not definite that he's dead. Other than the female clone, who could take over as Spider-Man in Vol. 2 (I haven't followed USM in a long time, so perhaps one of you guys'll know better than me)?

Peter Parker isn't dead. And I can almost assure you that he won't be. They make this claim with every event, especially Bendis. It's almost always a red herring designed to make us there's more of a possibility for consequence than there actually is.

If he did die, they would probably save it for the final issue of Ultimatum.

Makes one wonder why they bothered to send Nick Fury away to begin with.

Gotta love Pacheco. I'd like to see him draw Wolvie again, hopefully he'll make a cameo appearance or something in the first arc.
