I'm not the best at art (I consider writing my area of forte), but this thread looked a little lonely. So here's some of mine--some sketches, some a bit more finished. I think they're pretty good, but then again . . . I've never taken an art class before and have hardly expanded beyond mechanical pencils with some forays into GIMP territory.
