 Let's say Wolverine comics couldn't continue for whatever reason. And you were in charge of writing the final issue. How would you like the story to end? |

I'd do something similar to what Gaiman just did in "Whatever Happened to the Caped Crusader" and set the story aside from current continuity. I'd also lift the plot entirely from what I consider to be the greatest Wolverine story never told, the Mariko/Sabretooth storyline. It boils Wolverine down to his core essence and you get to see many different sides to this great character. |

Happy ending Logan finds somebody and has a ton of kids with her, quiting super hero ness and get a real job. make it a alien and he cant return to earth. |

I do have my own in mind... but I will hold my fire in case I every get to work for Marvel. Suffice it to say I would take my inspiration from Miyamoto Musashi. |

I'd like to see Logan finally earn some self-respect and inner peace through an honorable death in battle; self-sacrifice for the greater good. --The long-fought inner struggle to contain the beast is finally over and the victory is sweet, finding solace in the white warming light of death. As Logan drifts away he experiences Mariko's approval and acceptance. END. ... ok, so I'm a romantic at heart... |

I always did like the visual of Logan fighting with shattered claws. And EmperorVamp, I do like your "romantic" ending. |

I have one in mind myself but it's more of a blaze of glory type ending. I just don't see Wolverine as ever having a happy long term relationship, he'd sabotage himself doing it |
