Post your first comic book.

Either the first one you ever owned or first one you ever read.

Gosh, that's a tough one. Probably something Spider Man.

First one I remember actually going out and using my own money to buy: The Death of Superman.

WOLVERINE UNLEASHED #1. A UK publication that reprinted stories from the American comics and the first 30 issues of that series had some of the best Wolverine material ever. I think I was five or six and was already a Wolverine and X-Men fan through the TV series.

Wolverine #16 from the 1980's. I think I bought it because i wanted something new and interesting to copy from when drawing. I came to love that book... rest in pieces! I had to buy a replacement copy eventually.

The Spectaculaire Spider-man (Dutch) issue 68.
It was my 1st comic ever and showed me the darker side of comics aswell at the same time.

Detective Comics #477- "The House That Haunted Batman" (1978). I was three years old when I received this.

Technically, it was a fill-in issue of sorts. The main story was a reprint of Detective Comics #408, but also included new pages which made up a framing sequence before and after the story.
